Chamber members Denny Buchanan, President of Independent Bank and Gaye Pierce, Executive Vice President of Stewart Title, close on the land acquisition for the location of the new Independent Bank of Austin, SSB Building. The land development is underway and construction will begin soon. The site is a portion of what was once known as Schramm Ranch and fronts Hwy 620 near Alta Vista and will be known as Honey Creek Professional Center. |
